  21. I recommend that the keyword be changed in the next release, from "carrier"
  22. to "carrier-watch".  This would make it a little more obvious that the
  23. "set carrier-watch on" command does not turn CD on or off; it tells KERMIT
  24. whether or not to pay attention to the Carrier Detect signal that comes from
  25. the modem.
